"Children with disabilities are stronger than we know, they fight battles that most will never know." LED aims to bring the disability community closer and making challenging lives for parents, carers, health professionals and disability workers that little bit easier. With the development of their new App well underway, the LED team first engaged X/O Digital to help with a successful pre launch strategy, building hype for the launch across key digital touchpoints. Once the team gave us the all clear that the app was ready to be released to the general public, we acted swiftly and began designing our campaigns, optimising for installs and conversions and getting new users onto the App at the cheapest possible cost.

Leaning on our design team to develop the social content to deploy across our key digital channels, we tackled the challenge of growing the brand and flourishing on all platforms, increasing our social media following, establishing and growing a loyal email subscriber base, and increasing the number of app downloads once our client was in the position to launch. The successful deployment of both pre-launch and launch tactics resulted in a substantial increase in brand awareness and brand advocacy, leading to greater user engagement and time spent in app.
